2. Description of Service

TAKT is a drumming platform that provides:

• Interactive clickable beats
• Learning tools and features
• Creator marketplace
• Subscription services

3. User Accounts

Registration:

• You must be 18 or older to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person

Prohibited Activities:

• Sharing account credentials
• Creating fake accounts
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Spamming or harassment

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• All prices in USD unless stated otherwise

Cancellation:

• Cancel anytime through your account
• No refunds for partial months
• Access continues until end of billing period

Refunds:

• Digital services are considered delivered upon access
• Refunds only for technical issues within 24 hours
• No refunds for change of mind

5. Creator Content

Creator Rights:

• Creators retain ownership of their content
• TAKT receives non-exclusive license to distribute
• Creators can remove content with 30 days notice

Revenue Sharing:

• Creators receive 70% of net revenue
• TAKT retains 30% as platform fee
• Minimum payout: $50
• Creators responsible for their own taxes

6. Intellectual Property

Platform Content:

• TAKT owns platform, design, and software
• Users retain rights to their content
• No copying or reverse engineering allowed

User Content:

• Users grant license to display their content
• Users responsible for content legality
• TAKT may remove violating content

7. Limitation of Liability

• Maximum liability: amount paid in last 12 months
• No liability for indirect or consequential damages
• Service provided "as is" without warranties

8. Termination

By User:

• Cancel subscription anytime
• Delete account through settings

By TAKT:

• Violation of terms
• Non-payment
• Extended inactivity

9. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms
• Users notified of changes
• Continued use constitutes acceptance
