Creator Agreement

2. Creator Eligibility

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older
• Own rights to all content you upload
• Comply with platform guidelines
• Provide valid payment information

Prohibited Content:

• Copyrighted material without permission
• Offensive or inappropriate content
• Content promoting illegal activities
• Spam or misleading content

3. Content Rights and Licensing

Creator Rights:

• You retain ownership of your original content
• You can use your content elsewhere
• You can remove content with 30 days notice

License to TAKT:

• Non-exclusive, worldwide license
• Right to display, distribute, and promote
• Right to create derivative works (previews)
• License terminates when content is removed

4. Revenue Sharing

Revenue Split:

• Creators receive: 70% of net revenue
• TAKT retains: 30% as platform fee
• Net revenue = gross revenue minus payment processing fees

Payment Terms:

• Payouts processed through SmartGlocal
• Minimum payout: $50
• Payout frequency: Weekly or monthly
• Currency: USD

5. Creator Responsibilities

Content Quality:

• Provide high-quality, original content
• Ensure content is educational and valuable
• Maintain consistent upload schedule
• Respond to user feedback

Legal Compliance:

• Own or have rights to all content
• Comply with local laws
• Provide valid payment information

6. Payment and Taxes

Payment Processing:

• SmartGlocal handles all payments
• Creators must provide valid payment info
• Payouts subject to processing fees
• Currency conversion rates apply

Tax Responsibilities:

• Creators responsible for their own taxes
• TAKT provides earnings reports
• No tax withholding by TAKT
• Comply with local tax laws

7. Platform Guidelines

Content Standards:

• Educational drumming content only
• No copyrighted music without permission
• No offensive or inappropriate material
• No spam or misleading content

Marketing:

• Creators can promote their TAKT content
• No false advertising
• No manipulation of platform metrics
• Respect other creators

8. Termination

By Creator:

• Remove all content with 30 days notice
• Cancel creator account anytime
• Outstanding payments processed normally

By TAKT:

• Violation of terms
• Poor content quality
• Extended inactivity
• Legal or regulatory issues

9. Changes to Agreement

• TAKT may update this agreement
• 30 days notice for significant changes
• Continued participation constitutes acceptance
• Creators can terminate if disagree with changes
